I’ve always been mechanically inclined, analytically minded, and a real problem solver.  All of my work leading up to my real estate career has tapped into at least one of these areas.  After investing in properties and using my mechanical skills to fix these houses up for sale, I went into real estate because it combined all the things I love to do.  I have been a top producer since 1994, and it’s been great being able to help so many people buy and sell their homes.

Because of my previous work experiences, I know houses structurally and understand systems within them.   I can see inexpensive ways to fix problems and I know what to look for to determine if a seemingly good house is a money pit in disguise. This enables me to solve problems for my clients so that they can relax and know that everything is going to work out well.

For example, Mary and Joe, a retired couple were worried that they couldn’t sell their house at market value because of a water problem in their basement that had plagues them for years.  I showed them a simple, inexpensive way to divert water flow away from their house. They restored their basement, and got a good price for their house.  Now they are using that money for their retirement.

Even many financial problems can be resolved or prevented. Anna and Louis were a young couple who thought that they couldn’t afford a home.  When I showed them how to break down their finances, and lower the taxes, they saw how it was actually less expensive to buy than to continue renting.  They were thrilled to buy their first home.

I believe in staying on top of cutting edge technologies to give my clients every advantage in buying and selling their house.  I frequently take courses and do research to learn things such as how to use the internet to bring more qualified buyers to an open house.  My commitment is to be the best realtor I can for my clients.
